Community rules
What we expect from every photo, showcase piece and industry tag on Collabrave.
Images
Every profile photo and profile cover you upload must meet this standard:
“This is me, or I have the right to use this image. No nudity or sexual content, no one under 18, no one else’s face, no logos or badges suggesting Collabrave has verified you.”
Images are visible to every signed-in member. Don’t upload photos of children, including your own.
Gallery and covers
These apply to every image in your Gallery and to every cover you put on a showcase piece. You confirm them each time you add images.
- Only upload work you made or worked on.
- Everyone in your images must be 18 or over and have agreed to be in your portfolio. No images of anyone under 18, including your own children and family, newborn or school photography.
- No nudity or sexual content of any kind during the beta. That includes drawings, paintings, AI images, boudoir and lingerie shoots, and implied nudity. Tattoo, fashion, fitness and swimwear work is fine when it isn’t sexualised.
- Never upload an intimate image of anyone without their consent. Reported images are hidden straight away while we review them.
- No AI-generated or edited images of a real person without their consent.
- No phone numbers, email addresses, QR codes, chat-app usernames or payment details in images. A watermark with your name or your public social handle is fine.
- No screenshots of chats, emails, reviews or payments, and no ID documents.
- A cover has to come from the piece it sits on, or be made for it. No fake play counts, awards or “verified” marks.
- Anyone who can see your profile can save a copy of your images. We can remove images from Collabrave, but not copies made elsewhere.
Socials, contact details and collections
- Only link accounts that are yours.
- Contact details stay private until you share them with someone in a conversation.
- Phone numbers and chat-app usernames don’t go on your profile, in a request note or in a collection name.
- Don’t pressure anyone to move off Collabrave or to share contact details before they’re ready, and never ask someone you haven’t worked with to pay upfront.
- Never ask anyone for a verification code, a password or intimate images.
- Collection names follow the same rules as everything else: no contact details, and nothing offensive or misleading.
Payments in this beta are a test only, so Collabrave can't hold or recover money yet. Agree the work and price in your Collabrave messages first so there's a record, and don't pay a stranger upfront.
Showcase and links
- Item-level links only — a single track, video or release, not a channel, feed or livestream.
- Only add work you made or contributed to, and say what your role was. Claiming someone else’s work is grounds for removal.
- No payment links, wallets or payment-handle captions.
- No link shorteners — paste the full link so people (and we) can see where it goes.
Custom industries
If your craft isn’t in our list, you can add your own — one at a time, described plainly (no slurs, no dating or sexual-services terms, no impersonating a regulated profession or a Collabrave role). Some new industries are held for a quick review before they appear in search; yours still shows on your own profile with a “Pending review” label while that happens.
Hang out
- Hang outs are for doing an activity together. They're not for dating: no asking for a date, a drink or anything romantic or sexual.
- Everyone must be 18 or over. Never meet anyone you think is under 18; report them.
- Posts show the suburb and a rough time. Agree the exact place and time in your messages.
- No addresses, venue names, phone numbers, links, prices or tickets in posts.
- Meet in a public place the first time. Don't invite anyone to your home or studio, or ask to go to theirs.
- Keep money out of it.
- Don't ask about or comment on anyone's age, gender, looks or relationship status.
- If someone doesn't turn up, let it go or block them. Don't name or shame anyone.

Before you meet up
Collabrave doesn't organise, run or check hang outs, the people in them or the places they happen. These basics help.
- Meet in a busy public place, and in daylight the first time.
- Tell someone you trust where you're going, who you're meeting and when you'll be back. Show them the person's profile.
- Get there and home your own way. Don't accept a lift from someone you've just met.
- Don't go to someone's home or studio the first time, and don't invite them to yours.
- Keep money out of it: don't lend, pay for someone or buy a spare ticket.
- Keep your gear and your drink with you.
- Keep your plans in your Collabrave messages and take screenshots, so there's a record.
- You can leave at any time, for any reason.
- Everyone here must be 18 or over. If you think someone is under 18, don't meet them. Report them.
Walks and hikes
Pick a well-used track. Check the official park website for closures, weather and fire danger, take water and a charged phone, tell someone your route, and turn back if conditions change. Remote and overnight trips aren't for a first hang out.
In an emergency, call 000. To report a crime, contact your local police. 1800RESPECT (1800 737 732) supports anyone affected by sexual assault or violence. If someone shares or threatens to share intimate images of you, report it at esafety.gov.au/report. Then report them to us. Reporting and blocking are free.
What gets removed
Content that breaks the rules above, is spam or a scam, harasses someone, misrepresents who made the work, or otherwise isn’t safe or honest. We remove the content; you can usually upload or add a replacement.
What gets an account restricted
Repeated rule-breaking, harassment or safety threats, sharing an intimate image without consent, a romantic or sexual advance in a hang out, or pressuring someone to meet somewhere private, and anything involving a person who looks under 18 in an image. A restricted account is suspended and its sessions revoked while we look into it.
